Though registered and chartered in the USA, Southern Eastern University has its main base of operations in the United Kingdom. Southern Eastern University is a private university. and it should be noted that student entry into it is not direct but through appointed intermediary bodies e.g. in the UK, The SAS Law School. Its programmes are delivered as distance learning courses through its intermediaries, for that reason SEU does not maintain or provide a web site. Currently, SEU's student body is made up of both first degree and higher degree students.
