The Senior Paralegal Course provides a qualfication that most law firms will accept and recognise as clear evidence that you can be of high value to their establishment.

However, in addition to working for a law firm, legal departments exist in widely diverse companies and organisations e.g. The Inland Revenue, Housing Associations, Insurance Companies, London Transport, Social services, Hospitals and Health Institutions, Media Companies,  Local council Authorities, Finance and Investment Companies, The Serious Fraud Office, Manufacturing companies, the list is endless. As they all have legal departments they all need highly qualified legal personnel working for them.

If you are willing to widen your choice of employer this course can make you eminently qualified to work for an array of different companies and organizations.

For those seeking more independance, qualified paralegals can operate as self employed. A growing number have set up in business as Independant Paralegal Practioners, giving both advice and client representation at, for example, the Small Claims Courts (further information on this can be obtained from the school's course advisor).
